Birthday Parties
You supply the kids, food and presents and our qualified coaches will set up and supervise the children with games, gym circuits, or just free play.
Our birthday parties are very popular and often booked out 2 - 3 months in advance, so enquire now!
Charges
1-10 children $180.00
11-15 children $220.00
16-20 children $260.00
Three timeshlots to choose from on Sundays
10am - 12.00pm
12.30pm - 2.30pm
3.00pm - 5.00pm
Booking Process
Please email admin@huttvalleygymsports.co.nz to request availability.
Once you have decided on a date and time you will then be required to pay a $100.00 deposit to secure the booking.
The final payment and confirmation of number of children attending will be required the week of the party
Terms and Conditions:
- The $100 deposit is paid upon receiving the booking invoice
- The final balance must be paid by the week of the party
- Birthday party hosts may arrive 15 miinutes before your booked time to set up the party and meet with the coach to finalise how the party is to run
- The kitchen contains a full oven and microwave, zip for hot water and a fridge. Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of your party.
- Decorations are welcome, please take them with you when you leave
- The last 15 minutes of the party is final play for the children on the gym floor WHILE the adults clean up the kitchen and party areas ready to vacate the building on time
- We ask that you leave within 15 minutes of your allocated time as we may have another party in after your party. Failure to do so will result in you being charged extra time ($20 per 15 minutes).
- Birthday parties are held on the right hand side of the gym only
- We do provide rubbish bags, however we do require you to remove your rubbish, especially bulk items such as pizza boxes
- Failure to pay booking deposit within two weeks will result in your booking being cancelled.
