You supply the kids, food and presents and our qualified coaches will set up and supervise the children with games, gym circuits, or free play.

Our birthday parties are very popular. We are already taking 2025 bookings, so enquire now to avoid disappointment!

1-10 children $180.00

11-15 children $220.00

16-20 children $260.00

10am - 12.00pm

12.30pm - 2.30pm

3.00pm - 5.00pm

Booking Process

Please email admin@huttvalleygymsports.co.nz to request availability.

Once you have decided on a date and time you will then be required to pay a $100.00 deposit to secure the booking. See Terms & Conditions below.

The final payment and confirmation of number of children attending will be required the week of the party

2025 PRICES

Please note the following changes will be made to our birthday party prices for bookings from 1 January 2025 onwards:

1-10 children $200.00

11-15 children $220.00

16-20 children $260.00

Terms and Conditions - Deposit:

• After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the $100 deposit
• The final balance must be paid by the week of the party
• Failure to pay the booking deposit within two weeks will result in your booking being cancelled

• Parties cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund
• Parties cancelled outside of the two week window will be entitled to a $50.00 refund of their deposit
• Please note: refunds will be granted at any time with a medical certificate for illness

Terms and Conditions - Party Etiquette:

• Birthday party hosts may arrive 15 minutes before your booked time to set up your party and meet with the coach to discuss how the party is to run
• We ask that you leave within 15 minutes of your allocated time as we may have another party in after your booking
• Your booking includes access to the kitchen, which contains a full oven and microwave, zip for hot water and a fridge
• Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of your party
• Decorations are welcome but please take them with you when you leave
• During the last 15 minutes of the party, please ensure the adults clean up the kitchen and party areas ready to vacate the building on time
• Birthday parties are held on the right hand side of the gym only, as we may have other bookings on the left side of the building
• Hutt Valley Gymnastics will provide rubbish bags during clean up and we ask that you please take your rubbish with you, especially bulky items such as pizza boxes
